I can see how & why the industry would point it out, but it’s hooey. Eat. The. Root. Vegetables. ... Food should be about intuition and how it makes you feel. How does it fuel your body? Or not? How does it comfort you? Or not? Get curious. :: I had a really great conversation the other day with someone in our community and it reminded me to dig into our ‘why’ again.
