With spring here in full swing we could be seeing a lot of rain in the forecast. Those of you who have back water valves installed on your building drain may be prone to sewer back ups. With that being said please inspect your back water valve to ensure it is clean and functional. If you are unsure of how to do this or if it is beyond your comfort zone as to how to do this properly.
