December 2020 stats show that detached homes in Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Oshawa, Clarington and Scugog are up over 20% with respect to sale prices in December of 2019! The government said electricity prices will be set at an off-peak rate of 8.5 cents per kWh for all time-of-use and tiered customers starting on Jan. 1, 2021. The rate will remain in place all day for 28 days.
