I have recently moved back to Grande Prairie from Saskatoon Saskatchewan, after completing my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. I am now a CSEP-CPT, experienced in coaching runners, working as a personal trainer for the city of Saskatoon Leisure centres and leading fitness classes for Orange Theory Fitness. I now work as a personal trainer for Motion Fitness here in Grande Prairie and look forward to building my reputation and experience here in my home community.
