In these uncertain times Funny has been a key part of the guest experience as each morning she eagerly greets guests and ensures they safely receive a hot breakfast. Funny shared I have been here from before the hotel was even done being built and that makes me feel like everyone I work with and even the guests are my family. This week for #MeetTheTeamMonday we have Ben Lovell! Ben is an important member of our team with a position we all wish we had when starting out in hospitality! As a member of the Y Connects program Ben started with us in April in a special position that allows him to spend time in all areas of the hotel. So far, this opportunity has gained him experience in the following departments: housekeeping, food and beverage, laundry and maintenance. When he is not working hard in a...ll areas of the hotel Ben uses his free time and artistic abilities to write music.
