Congrats to Julia Kolosov and Bella Cote on being part of the Capital Wave silver medal win at 14U Ontario Championships this weekend. The final was an 11-10 nail biter that will pay dividends for years to come with these young athletes.

These are too cute not to post. Ben and George were first on deck tonight and the sun was bright, pool was quiet. Of course they got Coach Mia to make shadow puppets on the wall, why not?

We have a few club members playing competitive 14U with Capital Wave this winter. Look closely you will see Julia, Bela and Rachel with their Gold medals from the weekend. Congrats girls.
