Had a great covid vacation but there's something to be said about getting back to your normal routine Glad to be see all my wonderful clients again! You can reach us from 9-12 Monday-Friday for the months of July and August. If you had an appointment cancelled due to covid don't worry you are on our list and you will be hearing from us soon!

Covid update! I will be reaching out to clients Tuesday June 30th to start my rebooking process. Appointments will be in order as to how they were cancelled. With all the unknowns I will only be booking a couple weeks at a time so please be patient. The office will reopen July 6th, hours are 9-12 due to Covid restrictions. Always use a soft toothbrush. I often recommend my clients to hold it using only their thumb and 2 fingers to minimize pressure used when brushing

Constant snacking can increase acid attacks on your teeth causing decay over time. Many of us are finding ourselves munching a little more than usual due to boredom and stress, let's try to be mindful choosing healthier snacks and rising with water afterwards!

It's easy to forget about many things during a pandemic when there are many uncertainties. We must continue self care as we adjust to our new normal, like exercising and eating healthy so that we can keep our immune systems boosted Today is World Oral Health Day, I challenge you all to maintain good oral health. By now you should all be aware from my previous post and in office spiels that oral health is linked to your over all health so as we find our new normal routines... let's not skip brushing or flossing! Let's do what we can while social distancing.....besides, time is not an excuse for most of us now Although I'm not in the office do not hesitate to contact me with any questions regarding oral health, I'm always here to help! Let's all continue listening to the professionals and practice social distancing as we should be....let's flatten the curve!

As of 4:30pm the NL Dental Board has directed all dental offices to suspend all regular dental services for 2 weeks. I will be in contact with those who have appointments booked.

We want to reassure everyone that our dental office is one of the safest places to be. We follow universal precautions for disinfection and sterilization of all instruments and treatment rooms. Current clients, you may have noticed our waiting room is never full, its by design! Having said this, everyone has to do their part if we want to fight this pandemic. We are kindly asking anyone with flu like symptoms or anyone that has travelled out of the country two weeks prior to their appointment to reschedule. Stay safe.
