So a chapter of my life ended this weekend. I said goodbye to my sweet little office on Victoria Row. I am adjusting to this new normal and finding blessings in it. It has not been a hardship for me to stay home as it is my favourite place in the world. I am gearing up to offer my hypnosis services on line and hope to be ready to roll next week. Stay safe everyone.

Dear Clients, The current events surrounding the COVID-19 virus have left a lot of uncertainty and stress. I wanted to reach out to you and say that Atlantic Hypnosis Centre continues to be committed to your health and safety and explain how the Centre is responding to the current events while keeping your safety at the forefront. ... As of now, I am suspending in office services. Many clients do depend on this care, especially given the challenging times. With that being said, based on the population of clients that I treat, I am offering the option of having sessions conducted via Skype or Messenger should you prefer. I feel this is keeping with being a socially responsible business and doing my part in helping to flatten the curve in the coming weeks. Skype or Messenger will allow you to connect with me for your session in real time. You are not required to be on video, but I will be on video so that it is more personable to you. I have conducted sessions around the country via this medium and it has the same positive effects as having an in-person session during that time period.
