As the provider of the blueprints and renders, I had the opportunity to see the finished 2021 Rotary Dream Home Lottery by Unique Home Concepts . Congrats to the team at UHC for an AMAZING job done. Desperately hope regulations open up to allow the masses in to this beautifully done home. Kids "secret" area was a huge hit with my young ones. The basement is a perfect entertaining area. Wife loved all the reading nooks. The closed in deck area was a place I could envision spending many hours in. Glad to have contributed to this spectacular home.
