Before and after. Customer wanted walls removed and custom hardwood railing vs added. Custom built, stained/painted to customers request. Old flooring also had to be cut out an colour matched the trim around the stairwell floor opening. Very happy customer!

Small bathroom reno complete. Customer just wanted a usable second bathroom in the basement. Current shower unit was leaking which caused some damage to drywall and subfloor and framing. Also the old posi temp valve was becoming corroded due to most likely a very small leak. Old drywall tore out/plastered. Remaining drywall fixed up and painted a new color. Floors tore up and replaced. New posi temp valve and shower installed, along with a pedistal sink and a new toilet and new trim.

Bathroom reno started today. All demolition is done. Out with the old/bad and in with the new!

Job finished up today. New service panel was installed by an electrician and some siding needed to be repaired and a cabinet built arou d the panel. Home owner will be painting cabinet.

Just finished up a install of a new bathroom vanity/sink/vanity light on this lovely sunny Sunday. Seems simple enough but involved rebuilding under the sink plumbing to accommodate the new sink. Customers very happy and I was happy to help them out with there project. Thanks Bernice and Steve for trusting me with your install!
