Hey you! Another post on gaining more energy Hot tip: sensory challenges... Consider challenging your body with hot and cold! Cold could be adding freezing cold water at the end of your shower for as long as you can tolerate and increase the time slowly! It’s free You have many heat options. You can do a sauna, hot bath (keep adding hot water until you break a sweat), hot yoga, being outside in the heat! This can help alleviate fatigue, decrease depression and give your cardiovascular system a boost!
