Day 20 of 28 - @franklinssubsandsuds This is the twentieth restaurant I want to showcase in my 28 days of supporting/ promoting locals restaurants. As you may know, I’ve been working with a lot of restaurants over the past 3 years and to see them close their dining room and losing business kinda hurts me to see and I highly encourage you to support your favorite local business. This new restaurant in the old port gives NY vibes and they serve nice subs! I initially discover...ed it because of my friend @myriamkabbaj and I must say that the first time I wasn’t too sure about it. Then I went a second time... a third time.. a fourth time and needless to say that I am a fan of it now. In fact, I should have tried the Philly Cheeseteak the first time ! Sometimes you need to try the whole menu first to know what you are really into.. well for me They are the expert when it comes to the Philly cheesesteak and their design inside is really nice with Playboy magazine covers, graffiti and arcades. On the menu, subs, hot dogs, burgers and recently they added brunch. I had the opportunity to do a food photoshoot there last month and here’s some of the pictures from it. A day I will always remember, today’s march was different from the protests I’ve attended before. You could hear the anger in the voice, the frustration and yet, it was a peaceful protest (for the time that I was there). Montreal, I love you, we stand up and #blacklivesmatter . Un jour dont je me souviendrai toujours, la marche d’aujourd’hui était différente des manifestations auxquelles j’ai assisté auparavant. On pouvait entendre la colère dans la voix, la frustration et pourtant, c'était une protestation pacifique (pour le temps où j'étais là). Montréal, je t'aime, on reste uni et #blacklivesmatter.

Quick Tips For Tonight

For the past 2 weeks, I’ve been working on this personal project. I couldn’t make it alone because it wasn’t about me... it is about US. I love the people around me and I feel that I have one of the best circle ever, if you are reading this right now, I LOVE YOU. That being said, I wanted to make a souvenir book about what is happening right now.. so I call it Quarantine Stories. However, I had to reach out to my friend @thisispav to bring this idea to life because thats ju...st how I work. This book combine the stories of people I know in Quarantine. A mix of text and pictures that will make you reflect, think and learn more about people I know. It should be totally ready by the end of next week but for now, here’s a glimpse. Stories that need to be told. The book will be free, a free e-book! YAS. However, the print version will be $ and all the money will go to a foundation that helps people during these times and the frontliners.
