Am I Saved or Unsaved? - A saved person knows and has the assurance of the destiny of his/her soul, while an unsaved person has no personal relationship with God and he/she is a candidate to go to Hell. (1 John 5:10-14, John 1:12, Ephesians 2:8-9, John 10:28-29, Romans 8:38-39, John 8:44, Romans 3:23) 2. Am I Growing in my Faith or Dying? - A growing faith has fruits, while a dying faith doesn’t show and manifest of excitement, enthusiasm, and enjoyment of serving the Lord. (2 Corinthians 13:5, James 2:14-26, John 15:1-8,16) 3. Am I Living Spiritually or Carnally? - A spiritual person stands, obeys, lives, and does God’s will, and is led and filled by the Holy Spirit in his/her life, while a carnal person lives, follows his/her own will and flesh, and will grieve the Holy Spirit. (Ephesians 1:13; 5:18 / Galatians 2:20, Galatians 5:22-23 / 1 Corinthians 3:1-9) 4. Am I a Blessing or a Curse? - A believer is a blessing if you obey God’s commandment and a believer could be a curse if you disobey God and turn Him aside out of the way and to go after gods which you have not known. (Deuteronomy 8:1-20, Deuteronomy 11:26-27 / Malachi 3:9-11 / Joshua 6:17-19, Joshua 7:1,10-26) Conclusion: - God created us with a purpose and Jesus Christ saved us with a purpose and the Holy Spirit has also purpose in our lives. May our lives also be used with a purpose and be meaningful while we are still alive as the saying goes...
