This webinar will focus on how Human Factors was involved in the CapitalCare Norwood Redevelopment Project to design a variety of rooms, including resident and medication rooms. Human Factors Specialists will also discuss how they conducted simulation-based mock-up evaluations with clinical staff to test the design prior to construction.
