We're hosting Part 3 of the Human Factors in Healthcare webinar series on October 14, 2020 @ 10 AM MDT! http://www.iccer.ca/event_registration.html Human Factors is the study of the interrelationship between humans, the tools and equipment they use in the workplace, and the environment in which they work. This webinar will focus on how Human Factors was involved in the CapitalCare Norwood Redevelopment Project to design a variety of rooms, including resident and medication rooms. Human Factors Specialists will also discuss how they conducted simulation-based mock-up evaluations with clinical staff to test the design prior to construction.
