Ice Cream Truck

This is what the ice cream business goes through from different municipalities. Of course I am one of those ice cream guys that is chased like criminal from the city of Kitchener officials (the mayor, the licensing department, the buy law department and as weird as it sounds even the police department). The story started in 2004 when I walked in to the Kitchener licensing department to ask for a licence to operate my ice cream truck in the city. Basically these cities or municipalities want everybody to pay there taxes but they don't like to allow them the opportunity to obtain a licence for there business so they can make these money to pay them and also provide for there families. How fair ? How constitutional? How fair our laws are? Great Canadian laws (the reach getting reacher and the pure purer). What you are not pure? We will make sure you become one.
