The Mini Egg Gelato Cake is made with Ice Cream Patio’s house made vanilla gelato with mini egg chocolate pieces and swirls of a fudge ribbon on a chocolate sponge cake, finished with fresh whipped topping and more crushed mini egg chocolate pieces We’re so thrilled to be getting back to our roots with a production space with our Pine Valley location. Throwing it back to May 10th, 2011 with this vanilla sponge, Oreo crumbled ice cream cake that holds the Guinness Book of World Record for Largest Ice Cream Cake. Dorgel, our previously owned and operated ice cream manufacturing facility provided Dairy Queen with the ice cream to hold this victory, weighing in at 22,333.6 lb, measuring at 4.45 m long, 4.06 m wide and 1 m tall. The record was broken at Yonge and Dundas Square. Dorgel was purchased by RICH Products of Canada in 2012.
