2021 Ice Fishing Season Update: Hey Everyone! As a hut operating business, we are allowed to conduct business with some restrictions from the province. 1. Fish huts may only be rented as day use only. ... 2. Only members from the same household will be permitted in each hut. 3. Only members in the same household will be transported to and from the hut. 4. No congregating of more then 5 people outside the hut. 5. Face coverings or masks are required while being transported and outside the hut when physical distancing can’t be maintained. 6. Huts and transport boxes will be sanitized before and after each party. 7. We are asking that at the time of booking you provide the name and phone number of each individual to allow the region contact tracing information. (Not required by the province) If we work at this together, it will be a great season with some fresh air and excercise.

Heads up to our out of towners!! The Briars will be closed for the winter season due to Covid. The Log Cabin has closed up for good.... The Whispering Pines is now closed for good. Make sure to try and find accommodations early as there isn’t a lot to choose from.

New this year! As many of you know, we have been doing Pizza delivery to your hut for a couple of years now. It has worked out well.... This year we will be working with The Boondocks again. 2021 Ice Fishing Season We are planning on opening this season with health and safety regulations in place. Masks will be mandatory in our office, Bombardier and troop carriers.... Gloves will be required in the transportation to and from the huts. Our rate for fishing will increase this year. Adults - $60 per person Kids (12 and under) $25 Minnows will be $6.00 per scoop. Hope everyone continues to wear masks to get this virus under control. It would really suck if we were under a lock down and couldn’t go fishing!! I think the fishing will be much better this year because there wasn’t any spring fishing and very few people out for fall fishing due to the border being closed.
