An IceTale Hi I am Yolande and I make the dairy free soft serve at our store. Our initial soft serve was made with coconut. Being an island girl I assumed everybody should like coconut since coconut is synonymous with ice cream there. Wrong. Some people do not like the big coconut flavour. I’ve spent the past nine months trying to come up with a recipe that will be pleasant to most, especially children. The result? This Trini inspired custard based, oat ice cream got a thumbs up from 100% of the people who purchased it over the past weekend. Say hello to the new vanilla side of your dairy free vanilla/chocolate twist. The chocolate side is made with organic soy.
