Laid out the next one today that we are starting to excavate on Monday.. 1500 sq for the basement of this 2 story with a 1700 sq’ garage. This one is already dug out so much the owners are renting ground thaw this weekend so we don’t have to cut below the frost.... and make taller walls. We install R8 of rigid foam underneath ever slab we pour, because we feel the difference it makes to a much warmer slab even without hydronic heat!! Doesn’t even add much cost as it replaces the some gravel!
