Have you ever had an 'Ah Ha' moment, where you see something and then all of a sudden, Now I get it! This is what occurred to the 'other disciple' commonly believed to be John. It says in v. 8 of John 20, He saw and he believed. John had entered the grave and he saw and believed. Later in the same chapter, Jesus is talking to Thomas and says, Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed. That is our option and choice, we can believe in the Father and have eternal life. What a wonderful opportunity right now!

The word finished is the same as 'paid in full'. Jesus came to finish God's work of salvation, to pay the full penalty for our sins. With his death, the complex sacrificial system ended because Jesus took all sin upon himself. Now we can freely approach God because of what Jesus did for us. Those who believe in Jesus' death and resurrection can live eternally with God and escape the penalty that comes from sin.

Loving The Least of These Ministries International Drop-in Centre-Richard’s Refuge. In addition to our care of abandoned children in our House of Hope, LTLT Ministries International has recently located and rented a secure location in Port au Prince, Haiti to serve as a Drop-In Centre for our S.W.A.G. (Saved With Amazing Grace/street) Boys. Named in honor of one of our S.W.A.G Boys who was murdered while sleeping on the streets, Richard’s Refuge will enable LTLT Ministries International to be better equipped to provide basic life skills training, educational classes, job training, counselling, and support for our street boys. Richard’s Refuge will also serve as a community kitchen for the preparation of nutritional meals for at-risk children and youth.

In a safe and loving environment these women can receive food and clothing, along with support through counselling and tutoring. Hope India Mission is a ministry based in North India, bringing God's love to the distant and unreached communities there. In villages and cities thousands have received the Good News and HIM has trained hundreds of social workers and volunteers to serve around North India. In the midst of a worldwide crisis the ministry doesn’t end. In India tens of thousands of migrant workers are returning home from the cities as a result of the lockdown. Staying at home can also mean star...ving at home, and while a cure for Covid 19 is still being worked on, hunger has a straightforward solution. HIM is responding to the pandemic by supporting those who are being impacted, a simple kit for essential needs and multiple community kitchens to provide food. Kingdom Purpose Ministries: After serving for 11 years in Canada, planting a church and serving in many cities and countries preaching the gospel, the Lord called Wilfred and Thekla Klassen, back to their home country Paraguay, South America. Thats where they have served since December 2018, primarily doing evangelism. The Klassens have a passion to win souls for Jesus and do it in many different ways: open air crusades, revival meetings in churches, youth camps, bible studies, one on one visiting peoples houses, distribute bibles and food, etc. They also have a truck which is used for the open air programs! ICMS and the Klassens, praise God for the many open doors in this country and we are looking forward to see what He is up to!

During times when it feels like the world is shutting down, it can be easy to forget about the people far beyond our own borders. Vision Impact Liberia reaches out to the communities off the dirt roads and sometimes even making a raft to cross a river. In the villages they reach, they provide ministry and have built churches to meet the spiritual needs of the people, and beyond that, to meet their physical needs, wells have been put down in multiple villages. ChildCare International is seeing that the children God puts into their care are able to become what He wants for them. Focus Africa wants to be a voice of hope in the lives of women and children afflicted by HIV/Aids in Africa. Through global partnerships with churches and agencies, Focus Africa supports Christ centered resources to educate and empower those affected women and children. To help disadvantaged children Focus Africa is supporting their education through LuminAID. With both dark walks home from school and dark studying conditions a light makes a world of difference. LuminAID solar-powered lamps are available to be donated through a gift card. A simple gift of light can help each child go through school being able to do their work and study. Their services include residential care, special education, early intervention, life skills training, community outreach and a handful of therapy systems to assist both children and adults. This weeks agency report is highlighting Ray of Hope Taiwan. In the midst of a crysis pregnancy, Ray of Hope walks with Taiwanese women to support them in the months leading to and up to one month after birth. They provide a free maternity home with counselors and a support system, as well as free medical resources. Ray of Hope additionally provides adoption referrals and life skill training with thrift store work available to their clients. Since 1999 Ray of Hope has been ministering to young pregnant women in Taiwan, which has one of the highest teen pregnancy rates in Asia. This weeks agency report is highlighting Art Waves Ministries. Beginning in 2018 AWM was a center for the at-risk youth of the Soweto slum in Kenya. The youth can find a place where they would be empowered through professional training, and biblical training, as well as being equipped to transition into stability. With a desire to have the youth experience a real encounter with both themselves and God AWM works with them by mentorship through discipleship, worship, and bible studies to build the at-risk into young men and women with both integrity and purpose. This weeks agency report is highlighting Lets Give Them Hope. LGTH is a christian organization working in Zimbabwe with the vulnerable and orphaned youth. This weeks agency report is highlighting Finding Freedom B.C. Finding Freedom is a ministry used to offer a safe environment to address the effect of addiction in families. With the RE:ACT Centre, Finding Freedom is providing education on recovery and complex trauma and is giving people healthy relationships and a support network. Addiction and trauma affect many of the people around us and with the guidance that RE:ACT is providing, they give a long term program that offers teaching, counseling, life skills, job skills and transitioning into a healthy life. In Mexico New Beginnings is partnering with other local ministries to provide women and children with an alternative to the cycle of prostitution, drug use, and abuse. They provide essentials like a safe environment, clothes, food and medical support, and counselling. Through showing the love of Jesus to the women and children they can help them overcome the hardest challenges theyll face. By developing core life skills and providing education on nutrition and having group devotions in a christian community, the women and children that come into their support can have a chance to build themselves a new beginning. This weeks agency report is highlighting M4. Founded on the core values of Master, Mission, Movement, and Multiplication, M4 is a church planting ministry based in Romania. This weeks agency report is highlighting Global Mission Initiative. Global Mission Initiative is evangelizing to lost peoples in Africa and South/Central America. Their methods change from location to location and one of the major initiatives is door to door evangelism with the goal to provide a New Testament Bible for every home. Local churches train their volunteers to follow up with ten lessons to build the faith of people who open their doors for them. This weeks agency report is highlighting Vibrant Light Ministry Vibrant Light Ministry is fighting poverty in the poorest communities in Africa and showing Christ to the lost. They support and empower the communities they work in with projects to develop education supplies and health/medical services and equipment. Their current projects include building a three classroom extension on an existing school in Tongo, Ghana with the help of committed and hardworking members of the community. Additionally they are helping with providing food and clothing for the community, and assisting the local hospital with its equipment needs. What in World is a non-profit ministry that promotes Christian eschatology with their conferences, events and multimedia. This weeks agency report is highlighting Kenya Orphanage Mission. Kenya Orphanage Mission is providing love, care, food, clothing, and shelter through Ancilla Boarding and Day Academy. Orphaned children are given a solid education and skills that would be missed without the opportunity KOM provides. The program takes responsibility for every adopted child and seeks to offer practical ways for these children to learn the skills needed to become self reliant.
