This fall, we will be hosting a Computer Coding, Esports and Game Development Club in collaboration with Wiz Kid Coding through the generous funding of TELUS Friendly Future Foundation! We will be offering this program virtually for children ages 5 to 13 on Saturday mornings from October 3rd to December 19th, 2020. To register, please contact us at [email protected].

There is a COVID-19 Community pop-up testing going on today at Sheridan Plaza until 7pm, and tomorrow from 3-7pm at Jane and Finch Mall!

Our final movie night with the kids from summer camp and their families was a blast!

Today was the last day of camp. The kids got loot bags with treats and posicle sticks before they left! Tomorrow, the kids and the parents are invited to an outdoor movie for a final celebration!

Inner City Outreach is an organization that at its core, desires to see equality, and works through youth programming to help address some of the barriers that marginalized people experience. In this difficult time, we are saddened and troubled by the recent deaths of people of colour at the hands of law enforcement. The protests around the world attest to the fact that we cannot turn a blind eye to the injustice that plagues our society. The protests also give hope that people are standing in solidarity, and through this strength of unity, true change can take place. We join our voice with so many others and affirm that Black lives matter.

Thank you to all our supporters who donated to our #GivingTuesdayNow fundraiser last month! We were able to surpass our goal of $7,500 and raised $7,540! The funding will help us to continue to operate and provide support to children, youth and families in Jane and Finch! We delivered another box of food to families last week, and we will be distributing STEM kits and learning kits in collaboration with Ryerson University's Scixchange and Frontier College!
