It feels like my personal HGTV show over here..... Timber!!!!!

I used to be a bit angry about this view. The land next to us was for sale for so long and it was always ours in our hearts - until it wasn’t. I was bitter that someone else bought it. ... Until I shifted my perspective. Now I’m grateful to the people who are investing a large amount of time and effort to making this piece of land beautiful and loved by more than just me. This view was only available from my living room - but now I get it in my kitchen - so I’m grateful and happy for my new neighbours. . We’ll miss this special place when we become townies - until then we’ll enjoy every minute.
