Brrrr it’s cold outside! Here’s a couple of tips to prevent phone freeze. Don’t leave it unattended in a cold setting (a car) for to long... Keep it in an inside pocket close to your person so it can absorb some of your body heat while outside. Protect it with a case If it does turn off while you are using it outside, bring it in to warm up before you turn it on again. If your iPhone battery decides the cold was to much to handle, bring it in for a free test and we can replace it if needed.
