Tonight I had my Amy's No Cheese Pizza. All grocery stores carry it.
Here is a recipe from Chatelaine October 2003. It is still avaiable on their website. The recipe is Honey-Glazed Chops 'n' veggies. I substituted butter for oil.
This is one of my favourite meals. "You can use chicken legs, thighs, or breasts." Or a combination. It is no longer available on their website, so here is the recipe: 1 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp pepper and hot flakes 1 Tbsp cooking oil 1 kg skinless chicken pieces... 3 cloves of garlic minced 2 whole cloves 2 tsp lemon or lime 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander or parsley Combine 1st 2 ingredients and set aside. In large skillet heat oil over medium high heat. Brown chicken on all sides. Sprinkle cumin mixture over chicken; add 1 cup of water, garlic, cloves, and lemon juice. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Discard cloves. Remove chicken and keep warm. Boil liquid till reduced to about 1/4 cup. Stir in coriander. Spoon over Chicken See more
