International Day of Light Canada 16 May 24.03.2021

International Day of Light, Canada will be highlighting Canadian research, inventions, based on light at the Virtual STEM Expo organized by Youth Science Canada from May 19-30th. Around 10000 students and members of the general public are expected to view this exhibit. The exhibit will also be featured on social media accounts of IDL Canada and the IDL Worldwide. You are invited to share pictures, photographs, videos of research or of demonstrations (send a link to a Youtu...be video), links to webpages with popular science or games, etc., that we can feature on this virtual exhibit. The items should be related to light, lased-based technologies (such as microscopy or astronomy), or ways in which light enables sustainable development. Your contributions may be sent to [email protected] before May 15th. Please send a short description of the item with each submission.
