Another beautiful wedding in August at the Prince George Hotel. Congratulations Cassie and Michael! I was so pleased to design flowers for another "Banfield daughter". Jayne assisted on the floral crown and flower wand, loved these on the little 1 1/2 year old flower girl.

Another beautiful wedding at Oceanstone. Attention to unique details and carry-through of their theme was evident for the guests and we were so pleased for Kayla, Leroy and families that their special day went as planned.

There is a growing trend this season for fern garlands. They can be used to adorn outdoor arbours and then placed on the head table at the reception. They come in any lengths and flowers in your theme colours can be added for total effect. I have had the pleasure of designing wedding flowers at Oceanstone Resort for many couples, I just realized one was featured on the resort's website and thought I would share, even though it was 4 years ago.

The Wedding Venue and Cafe invited me to take part in a lovely wedding at their fantastic location on the Bedford Highway. The bride wanted white Asiatic Lilies and blue Dendrobium orchids. We were photo SNAPD at the event . "I Do" Flowers were pleased with the effective use of our tinted hydrangeas on Holly and Andrew's wedding cake designed by Cake Babes. So simple and elegant!

Sometimes our garden provides inspiration for bouquets. Imagine a single rose branch with both peach and pastel pink blossoms on it. By the way, its fragrance is like lemons! Love it.

Spectacular wedding at Our Lady of Lebanon Church and Harbourside Holiday Inn for Amy and Rabih. The theme was enchanted forest, butterflies, Middle East/Classy/Romantic. Amy's bouquet was pink and yellow peonies, peach and cream roses, freesia, pink astilbe, lisianthus, and seeded eucalyptus. See if you can spot the butterfly. Can't wait to see the formal photos. Best wishes to the happy couple.

Summer wedding bouquets in pink and cream that feature spray roses, stock and lisianthus are always show stoppers.

Marsala and gold are popular colour trends for 2016 weddings. It would be especially effective for fall weddings.

Erin and Mark had their fabulous Chester wedding published in the most recent edition of Wedding Bells Magazine. "I DO" FLOWERS was delighted to design their flowers and are pleased to have them featured in her photos. Erin's garden inspired bouquet was a blend of Peonies, Lisianthus, Roses, Astilbe, Eucalyptus, Hypericum Berries and Dusty Miller.
