Usually, when it comes to spring and summer we opt-in for a lighter and brighter style update than what we’ve been sporting for the darker and colder month. This season, the usual easy-breezy colour palettes of spring and summer have become more muted. Major fashion houses like Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton and Dior have showcased dark and delicious hair colours in their recent runway shows. This inky black hair colour is flattering on many skin tones and will likely become a client favourite this season.

Fluorescent Hair The boldly painted roots we’ve seen last season were just the beginning of this trend. Glowing roots were featured on the runways of Charlotte Knowles, Gareth Pugh and Collina Stradajust to name a few. This look was popularized by celebrities like Billie Eilish, whose signature look features iconic slime green roots. This trend is expected to expand in 2021.
