Lara Croft is my hero. She was the first strong female that I encountered as Tomb Raider was part of the carefully curated collection of games my dad had appro...ved of. It was one of the first video games I was allowed to play growing up. Julia Brich is a Ph.D Student from Germany working hard at the HCI Games Group. Her research revolves around the effects of different game mechanics in relations to user motivation. #HumansofGI
