Hello everyone. Someone found a Toyota car key and a FOB outside the Toy Sun Restaurant at 1133 Henderson Hwy last Thursday or Friday. The gentleman tried to find the owner but couldn't, so he dropped it off here at 1119 Henderson Hwy.... If anyone lost their key and FOB they can pick it up here 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

Hey, another happy client. The fellow used an older main board (4th Gen i7 with 16GB of RAM) combined with a new case, hard drive and SSD, video card (GTX1650 Super) and a CPU water cooler. I took these parts and made him a very nice gaming PC. Turned out to be a fantastic little gaming system. Another satisfied client.

Hello Everyone!!! Happy mini heat wave! Seems we have been having a pretty good summer this year. I just wanted to mention that, in case anyone thinks "no one does those anymore", that WE DO those. In this case "those" are typewriters. The owner here, Izu, started out in typewriters and is pretty much the last remaining typewriter tech in Winnipeg. So many times I have seen him take a machine from early in the 20th century and fix it up so it looks almost like new. He has rep...aired typewriters that would have been thrown away in their day if they came into a shop at the time with the problems they have now. We have had many writers, students and other people who either use or own typewriters bring them in for service and leave with a smile. The last one he repaired (in photo) had a broken chassis, and he repaired the chassis and made the typewriter work 100% again. Please be aware though, even though a typewriter may be from early 20th that doesn't necessarily make it an "antique". Many shops and stores will sell old, non working typewriters claiming they are antiques. If you find something older than 1920 it might qualify. Also, please remember, many companies no longer make ribbons for their typewriters. You can purchase a perfectly working typewriter and then find that you cannot purchase a ribbon for it.
