The West Coast Lords at @fourwindsbrewco have their barrel game Another fine example is their Meli, a Farmhouse Ale with Honey and Bee Pollen! This open foeder-fermented Farmhouse Ale was brewed with B.C. honey and bee pollen. They used local hay during the lautering process, and then added fennel pollen when bottle conditioning.
