Just finished today's breathwork training session which focused on relationships. I experienced the most wonderful joining of Yin and Yang energies during today's breathing. I have not opened myself to fully embrace my Yin with myself let alone with anyone else. It's only been available in pieces. During today's breath, my partner and I held up and touched each other's hands, and I felt this loving, nurturing warmth fill my entire being. I feel completely complete and was ins...pired to record this moment. I came across @robinjoy_radiantlife 's post and it beautifully explains this connectedness. #Repost @robinjoy_radiantlife (@get_repost) I've always wanted to be one of those analogy using kinds of teachers - and while it doesn't come easily to me, I do pull them off every once in a while. This river analogy has been around for a while now - it's how I explain the flow of energy in the way we work. Polarity work is at the foundation of what I teach AND disrupting the gender binary is also something I believe quite strongly in. I'm totally over the Divine Feminine & Masculine teachings - it's time for something different. There has to be a way to talk about this stuff without all the gender essentialism & mysticism disguised as empowerment. And, this is where the river analogy comes in... because nature is always the best teacher anyway. The banks of the river are the structures, systems, purpose, & direction for our lives, work, businesses. The water is our creative flow. The amount of force (action taking) in the river is a part of the flow of water, but the force is always determined by what's going on with the river banks. Blockages, Stuckness, Lack of direction & overflow are all problems with the river banks. Harmony happens when there's a dance between the river banks & the river ... and the power of these two energies working together can carve entire canyons. After a one day break I'm back at it. January went so well with a clearer mind, body and soul so I decided to do it again for February. This month I'm allowing an open day to enjoy some Valentine's chocolate but otherwise I'll be following the same guidelines I set for myself. One of my main focuses will remain night time snacking habits which is a pattern I really want to kick. And this month I'm going to do it!! Happy ! This day marks one of the lesser-known but most important festivals of the ancient Celts. Today marks the celebration of the end of winter and the half of the year. The name originates from ‘imbolg’, which translates as ‘in the belly’. The name refers to livestock breeding season, particularly the pregnancy of ewes, which was one of the focal points of the celebration. For me in this present moment, this is representative of the an...d of the time spent in growth and contemplation in the dark of the , to being birthed into being into the light. With the breathwork training I am taking right now we have been focusing on our birth experience and breathing through the experience. This day also carried significant spiritual meaning and is linked to some of the megalithic monuments around Ireland, which are perfectly aligned with the rising sun. Rituals today include ; most homes lit a fire in the home hearth which burned through the night. Other rituals that involve wells, walking around the well represented the sun travelling across the sky, with coins left at the well site as an offering. Pictured here is the who is closely tied to this day of celebration. Your own ritual today could include lighting candles or a fire, or saying a word of thanks over a source of water or during a bath. Take a moment today in for the lighter part of the year that is birthed today. Wow... Today's was mind blowing The theme of today was birth and our journey Earth side I have never experienced rebirthing and didn't know much about my own birth story aside from the time I was born. Today I experienced it all from conception to my birth. I was overcome with waves of emotion and release during the session. When I did come Earth side despite feeling a sense of separation, I felt the presence of all my guides and it remained... with me as I was handed to my mother. I felt completely loved and supported. My sense of purpose was completely renewed and my path for this life time clear. It was fucking . The most experience I have had in my spiritual journey. I am feeling very blessed tonight and humbled. I am so excited for this journey and where it is leading me. A deep bow to @clarity.breathwork for this life changing practice.
