Hello all! I know it has been very quiet over here at ILW the past while. As you may recall I was ramping up to host my first women's weekend retreat. Plans were made, a deposit was paid and workshop leaders where secured. And then along came Covid. With everything going on I made the decision to cancel for 2020. I struggled with the idea of bringing the retreat online, and decided it's not the right platform. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.... BUT there is good news after all! Because you can't go to the retreat, I'm bringing the retreat to you! All the reasons why I jumped at this opportunity are still relevant, and probably even more so with the chaos this pandemic has caused. ILW was created to help people, to light the path to Wellness while shining a light on the dark parts of life and dark times there have been plenty.
