Memento Mori (Latin: "remember death") is the Medieval Latin theory and practice of reflection on mortality, especially as a means of considering the vanity of existence and the transient nature of all worldly goods and pursuits. A fused glass snowman with heart and a some with serious attitude! Each snowman is potted in a small pot which has been filled with concrete to give it stability and topped with moss. How do you get the images onto the glass? is easily the most frequently asked question from our customers. We use traditional screen printing techniques, but rather than using inks, we use fine powdered glass or frit. So anytime you see a piece of our work with imagery on it, you’ll know how we did it!
