Twelve gallons of milk turned into big bricks of cheese. The way my nonno would make it.
My body is caput especially with my three month old teething and growth spurting and my toddler in nightmare mode. This plus all the canning I'm done.
I loved eating mulberries as a kid. My nonno had a couple of trees on his property along with aluminum pie plates hanging from the branches to keep the birds away (the plates would bang against each other and make lots of noise). I was so excited to see that we have a mulberry tree in our new yard. Such a gift to now have my kid eat them up.
See that strand in the background? No it isn't an electrical cord, no it isn't a wire. It's one long grape vine inherited from our new backyard.
Just looking at these pics of when I made mini old fashioned doughnuts makes me drool a bit.
