We have been given the opportunity to photograph families for a couple of local publications here in London. The Families of Oakridge/Hunt Club and The Families of Riverbend. These are community based publications celebrating the people of each neighbourhood. Here are the first two covers of the families that we photographed - The Willing Family from Oakridge/Hunt Club and The Hanham Family from Riverbend. Thank-you Amy Campbell for introducing us to these wonderful people and many more to come.

I have decided that each Sunday I will share a personal image that is important to me. To start off, this image of my oldest son was taken in 2014. The poem he wrote in grade 6, about 4 years ago. Put together they make a profound statement of his insight and character. He is a mini me: quiet, introverted, caring, intelligent, a perfectionist and always curious. I am... Blake I am sharp and isolated.... I wonder about the unknown. I hear complete utter silence. I see the universe. I want to create the uncreated. I am sharp and isolated. I pretend that life is a game. I feel like there is a constant argument going on in my head. I touch the evening star. I worry about death. I cry when I make other people sad. I am sharp and isolated. I understand that life is not perfect. I say anything is possible. I dream of making a big difference in the world. I try to accomplish my goals. I hope I live a wonderful life. I am sharp and isolated.
