This is what IMages is all about! IMages is a group of empowered young girls making changes in our community. Brooke and Hope have been members since the program began and are making the world a better place with their acts of kindness. Here they are donating much needed supplies to the SPCA after collecting MANY MANY cans. Great job girls. So proud of you!!!!

The IMages girls had a great time last month learning how to make homemade granola and yogourt & fruit parfaits. In Images the girls learn different ways to llve a healthy lifestyle-yoga, relaxation & coping exercises, healthy eating, and activities for building self-esteem.

Some IMages members (past and present Jan McEachern, Al Langly, Natalie Longaphy) cleaning up the garbage in their community yesterday. These girls are changing the world one small act at a time.
