Created the "Nenshi Noun" cocktail for the 10-minute play festival where Mayor Nenshi is co-hosting.

We will be bartending the 10-Minute play festival at the Martha Cohen Theatre, Saturday January 10th.

Want to increase the life span of your mint? Take whatever mint you have left over or kicking around and turn it into a 'Mint Infused Simple Syrup.' Boil 1 cup of water, add 1 cup of sugar and keep at a boil for 5 minutes, add all your mint while taking it off the heat and let sit until cool. Put it in a refrigerator over night and there you have it. ... Use it for mojitos or for my favorite, the Kentucky Derby Mint Julep. 1 oz of your favorite Kentucky Burbon 1 oz of your homemade Mint Infused Simple Syrup Stir on ice and enjoy!!
