From start to finish an amazing Apple Pie. 2 Tips; use 3 different varieties of apples in your filling, and sprinkle 1 TBSP of either brandy or rum in your mixed filling before adding it to the crust. 1-hour to cool and we are ready to go!... PS bake at 375F for the first 20-minutes, then at 350F for the remaining 45-minutes. You may also want to "tent" the pie with foil half-way through the baking time. 8)
