Call Centre Supervisor Position Posting About Us Cido Research is a market research company. We administer surveys to a variety of different people and businesses to help our clients better meet the needs of consumers. We do not conduct any sales or marketing. We are seeking a call centre supervisor to join our Thornhill team. Our Thornhill location is a 15 seat centre that specializes in international research in several different languages. The core hours for this posi...tion would be 6am-2pm Monday to Friday, however the successful applicant will be required to maintain the flexibility to start and finish later and work evenings and weekends as needed. Position The Call Centre Supervisor is responsible for training and coaching staff, quality control, policy enforcement, running a team of projects, as well as assisting their manager and other clerical and administrative duties. Hourly rate of pay is $14/hr.
