Raising money to buy maize in bulk.

Impact Malawi is so grateful for the many women in our villages who come every weekday to cook porridge. They gather and chop firewood, pump water and carry it... in buckets to the kitchens, mix and cook huge pots of porridge, serve up hundreds of bowls of food, help distribute it to all the children and nursing and pregnant mothers, collect all the bowls and then wash and dry all the bowls, spoons and heavy cooking pots. They put in hours of hard work every day. This amazing program of providing food for 800 a day would not be possible without them. See more
