Hello Friends! As you all know we have been moved to the Grey Lockdown stage which has forced closure of Impact Health and Fitness Centre! We have decided to start back up our virtual/ live classes once again! We will be providing new workouts daily which will actually be saved to the group page this time for later viewing! The benefits of this is you can chose to do workouts later if you missed our live class. ... Please send us a message if you'd like to join us! The cost will be $10 for the entire month which gives you access to all classes. Payment must be received first before access is given to the group. Today was the second time we had to close our doors temporarily until further notice. COVID has been a challenge for us all but we will come out of this much stronger. *Just a reminder that we will not be open today going forward until further notice* Please do not call the gym as there will not be anyone at the front desk. If you have any questions please message us or send us an email. We will take calls once we reopen. ... We are sorry that the government does not consider us essential. We are essential for you all. Whether it be to improve your physical health or mental health. We had been closed down in March for a total of 5 months. For a business, that is tough. We had reopened in August for another 4 months and forced to close our small business down once again. We promise we will reopen and we will reopen again stronger. Our DMs are always open for any members who need assistance at home reaching their goals, or just need to talk. We are here to listen. We love you all and appreciate your supportwe can’t wait for your return

COVID-19 UPDATE: As of Monday, December 14th we are absolutely devastated to announce that we once again are forced to close our doors. Windsor Essex County Health Unit has announced that we will be moving into the Grey Stage as of Monday. ... All paid in full memberships will be extended once we are allowed to return. Any members who are paying monthly for memberships will not get charged for the duration of our closure. We are so sorry and wish we are able to stay open. We believe we are absolutely essential for your health and wish there was more we could do. Thank you for all your support this past year. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE listen to health official guidlines. We have already had to close and this is hurting our business once again. We hope to be able to financially reopen after this all subsides.
