The pandemic is not enough to keep Freemasons apart! Tonight was our third Zoom meeting!

Our lodge Secretary has been researching our gift from Bro. Bill Dickersosn of Collingwood, Ontario. The Past Master's apron, found in a second hand store, purchased by Bro. Dickersosn, and sent to us, belonged to W. Bro. Dougald Johnston Graham; he was registered in Imperial Lodge #60 as number 341. He was a 29-year-old accountant and had been initiated at Lodge of Antiquity #1 (@thelodgeofantiquity) in Montreal in 1919. He was born in Scotland and came to Canada in 1912. He... worked at The Bank of Nova Scotia at a branch in Montreal. He was appointed a bursar at the University of Saskatchewan from which he retired in 1956. He was Master of Imperial Lodge in 1933, a 33rd degree Scottish Rite Mason, and a member of the Royal Order of Scotland. He was granted life membership on November 1st, 1955. He passed away on August 16, 1968. He was survived by his wife, Alexandria, a son, James, of Winnipeg, and a daughter, Shiela, of Saskatoon. He had 3 grandchildren. Kind of a nice bit of history; thank you Bro. Gary for your efforts.

Imperial Lodge received a gift recently from a brother we'd never met. In a thrift store, Bro. Bill Dickerson of Collingwood, Ontario, came across an old Past Master's apron embroidered with our lodge name and number. He purchased the apron and sent it to our secretary. We were very pleased to receive it! Thank you, Brother Bill!
