This year, our team took it upon themselves to bring Christmas to life at work. They put up a tree and some decorations in our lobby. Each member took turns putting an ornament on the tree. It was then adorned with 2 handcrafted copper ornaments that were made in our shop: a star and the Impervius shield. They even burned incense every morning to set a warm and welcoming environment. A truly touching series of gestures from our team members that helped make this holiday season extra special for me. Despite the challenges we are all facing this year, I hope your Christmas season is filled with the same warmth and magic. Happy Holidays to all!

69 years old and my dad is still helping me every day. Late this afternoon, I found him outside washing our fleet vehicles in the rain. Incredible. The Impervius family is lucky to have him and I'm lucky enough to call him dad.

Fires can be devastating and traumatic. The structural damages to the building, the destruction of belongings, the lingering smell of ash, and the water damage from the firemen's intervention... When you add it all up, it can be overwhelming. We understand that feeling so we work tirelessly to quickly rebuild the structural integrities and effectiveness of the building envelope in cases like this. Then, with no fear of further damage, we focus on restoring the interior to its former glory... or better. The goal is to take what seems like rubble and ash, and make it feel like a home again.

Its Thanksgiving weekend, a time to be thankful for everything and everyone in our lives. Although it's a strange and awkward time, the principles of gratefulness and appreciation behind this weekend should not be forgotten. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!
