You may already recognise this friendly face from around the clinic. We are excited to welcome Shannon back in her exciting new role as a Kinesiologist! New aches and pains from working at home? Struggling to get back into your home exercise program? Motor vehicle accident? Whether it is following a car accident, work place injury, sports injury, or preventative in nature, Shannon is here for you! She is now available for in person appointments at the clinic to asses and cor...rect movement patterns, prescribe and progress exercise programs, and ultimately get you back to whatever your normal is. Prefer to limit interpersonal contact? Not to worry!
