Hello. Just an update on In Balance Wellness during the COVID-19 virus and the changes in our way of life. While you and your family are top priority, I am open for business but will be screening each client to protect other client’s wellbeing. While I have always been conscious of keeping a disinfected environment at the studio, I have been taking extra measures in assuring a clean and safe environment. I have also been mindful of where I go and have taken the appropriate precautions to stay heathy for my business and family. Take the appropriate safety measures and try to get outside for some fresh air with your family.

It’s chilly outside! Come in for a spin tonight at 7:30pm with the Grind crew. Great workout with great people in the comfort of a cozy studio.

New subwoofer!!! The sound quality was good but it is going to be at a much higher level now. Can’t wait to test it out tonight! A 90min class consisting of 1hr spin followed with strength and stretching. A perfectly balanced workout for everyone. Interesting music as always. Contact me if interested.
