As our re-opening approaches we wanted to make sure everyone was aware of our new protocols during this time. Please take a moment to read over these before your next visit. COVID -19 Protocols - PLEASE do not book an appointment if you are sick, have been in contact with someone who is sick, or have travelled outside of BC in the last 14 days - Patients are required to complete the BC COVID-19 Questionnaire, that will be emailed to them, at least 48 hours before their appoin...tment. Otherwise your appointment will be automatically cancelled. - Upon arrival the door will be locked, patients please wait in your vehicle or outside the door for your therapist to come escort you thru the building. - Masks are required; patients are encouraged to bring their own. - The interim guidelines provided by our College and Association for returning to practice include an extensive pre-screening process followed by in person screening that includes client's voluntary consent to receive massage therapy, understanding the risk and potential benefit of receiving care. - It is the patient’s understanding that, while the therapist is following health and safety guidelines outlined by the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia and the Provincial Health Officer and that they are taking all reasonable precautions to clean and disinfect the clinic and all the surfaces within the treatment room, there are no guarantees that patients will not come in contact with COVID-19 Our schedule is open, book online at inmotion.janeapp.com If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact Courtney. email: [email protected] call/text: 250 517 0773 We cant wait to see you !

In Motion Wellness & Massage will be reopening on June 1st. Next weeks appointments have been cancelled in order to make sure all the necessary safety precautions and protocols may be put in place. We are waiting on some supplies and are getting the new clinic space set up. Reminder that Courtney has moved to her new location in the Kula Wellness centre at 185 Hudson St NE. To all our valued clients, There is a light at the end of the tunnel. We dont have an exact date of when we will be able to resume treatments but it seems it may be sooner than originally expected. We look forward to seeing all of you again soon!

Registered massage therapists will not return to work, even at reduced levels, until at least the end of May, and possibly the end of June, according to the College of Massage Therapists of B.C. We will continue to keep everyone updated, we miss you all and hope to be able to see all our valued clients soon!
