The individual you name will have complete control over your finances and property. Be oh so careful in naming the individual. You will have heard the horror stories in the media. We see problems regularity with our clients. If you cannot find the right person to name or cannot find someone to name as backup, give us a call. We can be appointed as the primary or contingent/alternate executor, power of attorney and agent (for your personal directive).

Who to select? It shouldn't automatically be the eldest child. It needs to be someone with the skill set to do the job. Being named isn't an honour.... it is a lot of time and effort. We act a professional executors. We can be named as the primary or as the contingent or alternate in your Will.

Do you want to be buried or cremated? Who gets the parrot?
