The JOBz program is an employment program for youth between the ages of 14-24! Our two coaches help youth identify areas of struggle, develop resumes, apply for... jobs, practice interview skills, learn new skills, and build confidence. This can be done in-person, either at our office or remotely in your town, or through technology. We help youth regardless of their job history and help them identify strengths, locate suitable employment opportunities, and guide them through the application process. All youth in the Foothills are welcome to utilize our services with extra encouragement to those who may experience barriers to employment. We are a branch of Inclusion Foothills and there is no-cost for this program. If you are interested in this program, send an email [email protected] or call (403) 603-3232 to get your youth a jump-start on employment.

Inclusion Foothills is very grateful for the support of the community. This week we send our thanks to the River City Classics Car Club for their generous donation. We know it has been hard on everyone this year including those who raise funds to give back to the community. It is an honour to be chosen as a charity of the local car club. Thank you on behalf of those we serve. Thank you Roger for the delivery!

We know that this lockdown is not fun, so we want to brighten up the week with some social interaction. We also know that youth are not always on Facebook or In...stagram, which is why we have launched a Discord server to help facilitate some game nights over the lockdown. Whether you are a youth or a parent of a youth, feel free to join: https://discord.gg/FEh2GxKu We will also be using the server to post youth friendly job opportunities from around Southern Alberta and contests, so stay tuned!

What a great way to spend our Saturday afternoon. We want to thank High River Sunset Drive-In for the wonderful donation which comes from our night of volunteering at the movies parking vehicles. Thank you to Natalie, our CR2EW lead, who managed to arrange volunteers at a time when volunteers were scarce and we would like to send a special thank you to those great Volunteers who made it all possible! Thank you to Sun Country 99.7 FM for the great entertainment too! #Inclusion #community #volunteering #movies #driveinmovie #local #highriver #cars #familytime
