Thank you Natalie Heaman for your time at Indalma! Our lovely Nat is moving on from our studio, to focus on some other avenues of design. Nat started when we were all together in the studio, and we sure didn't expect a huge chunk of her time at Indalma to be remote (thanks Covid!). However, throughout her time here, we managed to tackle some projects that utilized her illustration and process skills, paired with lots of fun video chats to stay connected! We hope you're proud of everything you've accomplished during your time with us - We're sure proud of you! We wish you success, happiness, and personal fulfillment in your future!

Since we’ve settled back in from the holidays this week, we’re using part of this Friday to have a What’s next? team meeting! This meeting is full of brainstorming, discussions, and building strategies. We reflect on last year: the challenges, the accomplishments, the changes, and what comes next. What could we have done differently in the last year, and what areas do we have room to grow? What are our big goals for this year, and what parts of our strategy and work can we expand on? We feel that this New Year meeting is vital, for any business. And for us, this meeting fills us with excitement for what’s to come, and allows us to create a plan on how we can evolve and stay inspired. The only place to go from here, is up!

Current state: Warming my hands up on my tea and cozying up to the space heater. Who else is over this cold weather?!

Happy New Year! We’re back to work and ready for what lies ahead! 2020 was difficult, to varying degrees, for everyone. We’re looking forward to taking what we learned from it, and making the most of this fresh new year! We wish everyone a hopeful, fulfilling and successful year - We got this!

Happy Holidays! Our studio will be taking some time off to safely spend time with our families and friends, and enjoy the holidays after this challenging year! We’ll be closing at 3pm today, and returning on January 4th! We hope you all enjoy some safe and relaxing time off as well

Gracie misses her studio team! We’ve been working remotely for most of 2020, and this little one can’t wait until we’re all together again (neither can we!)

As creatives, we use different ways to stay inspired everyday. Whether it’s through team brainstorming, creative podcasts, or sketching down the possibilities of a new project, we always find a way to keep our creative juices flowing!

Check out this spread from this year’s Delta Community Living Society annual report! We’ve had the pleasure of designing these annual reports for just over 10 years. It’s important to continue to evolve the design, and come up with new and engaging ways to display the statistics, which is why we loved this particular spread this year!

This little pup turned one this weekend! We can’t believe how quickly she’s grown, and how incredible she is to have in the studio. She’s the sweetest little worker, with the most hilarious and loving personality! Happy Birthday Gracie, we love you!

Remember the Barnside Brewing Co. Landing Lager label we designed back in May? Well, check out this packaging we created for their new 12 pack! We love packaging design, especially because it's so satisfying to see the end results!

In October, our small but mighty team participated in the The Delta Chamber Rise and Shine Education Series! We shared our expertise on how to connect with your customers on social media. We discussed the importance of branding, creating thoughtful content that’s valuable to your followers, achieving your goals, as well as checking your insights! We also featured some examples of social accounts that we manage, and some that we follow/admire, who have great content!
