Greetings from Overzealous 2020, We have some exciting news to share! Despite all of the upheaval due to Covid19, Overzealous now has a set exhibition date: September 28th through October 17th. ... The Gallery at Neilson Park Creative Centre (56 Neilson Drive, Toronto) is open Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 9:30pm and Friday - Sunday 9:00 am - 4:30pm As with most places, rules/guidelines are in place to deal with Covid19. No appointment is necessary to visit the Gallery, but a limited number of people will be allowed in at any given time. In addition, face coverings must be worn. We hope, having had the chance to view the artwork online (https://www.overzealous.ca/2020-finalists.html) and vote for the People’s Choice Award (https://www.overzealous.ca/vote-here.html), that you are as excited as we are to finally see the selected works in person. For those of you who have already voted for the People’s Choice award, thank you for your participation. The People’s Choice Award, along with the others, will be posted on October 15th. Creativity and Color has certainly brighten up the 'grey days' of the Covid period. Indalo has been so spoiled and fortunate to have framed during the past months gorgeous works from the Ferlander Arquedas Studio and Art Gallery in Costa Rica, limited works from Marca Barakoski and a stunning collection of Canadian Artist A.J. Casson as well as a beautiful art piece of Canadian painter Ken Danby. We have also shared part of a long painting history and framed an original water...color dating back to 1902. What an honor to be a part of this history and bring this memorable art piece back to life an the walls to admire again. Some of our framing projects also include a art piece made from hundreds of little glass beats framed in a beautiful moulding from the 'Steelyard Collection' of Fotiou Frames and a Artique Stable Leather Alpha Matt. University, College and School Certificates has also been a huge request to frame these past couple of months.

If you enjoy people experiences and travelling, music, martial arts and dogs training or a night out, this is worth attending Elora Adventurers - Upcoming Presentations Welcome to our 2019 / 2020 Elora Adventurers series now in its 11th season. Location - Elora United Church 75 Geddes Street, Elora N0B 1S0.... Events will be held in the sanctuary. Enter via the main doors on Geddes Street, turn right up the stairs and into the sanctuary. Thursday, January 9th 2020 at 7:30 p.m. "Off The Beaten Path: International Adventures in Music, Martial Arts and Dog Training" Presenter Jason Shute Jason will be presenting a lecture about his off the beaten path international experiences accumulated over the last 20 years. From the drumming rich cultures of Ghana and Cuba , to the toughest martial arts dojos of South East Asia and all the way to the street dog rescues in India and the Pitbulls of the Philippines, Jason has studied, trained and taught multiple disciplines internationally. His lecture will emphasize travel with purpose and highlight the rewards of engaging in cultural arts and diverse activities overseas. Jason has never been to a resort. Jason Shute is a professional dog trainer, martial artist and Juno nominated musician.

What an amazing year Indalo had! Creativity, art, outstanding textile works, international art and so the list goes on! We would like to end this creative year with the following work of Nick Romeril from Jersey, Channel Islands which were framed under 99% AG Glass and 100% Cotton Ragg Mats and a exquisite Calistoga moulding, all from Omega Moulding! It has found it's place in the beautiful home of Anne and Family to to treasure for years to come.... We are so honored to be a part of your beautiful memory Anne!Thank You!

Indalo would like to thank everyone for a wonderful creative year. We have done a interesting piece of Ann's beautiful stitching work before and were absolutely honored to have framed one of her masterpieces!
